A Black schoolboy needed to have his finger amputated after he used to be injured whilst fleeing college “bullies”.
Shantal Bailey says her son, Raheem Bailey, 11, has skilled racial and bodily abuse since he started attending Abertillery Studying Neighborhood, in Wales, in September 2021.
